Η πρόεδρος της Olympico Vision , καλωσορίζει τον κύριο Σταύρο Μάτση ως Εθελοντή Πρεσβευτή του Οράματος της Olympico Vision στα Δωδεκάνησα. Ο Σταύρος Μάτσης γεννήθηκε στη Ρόδο το 1963 και είναι πατέρας 2 παιδιών. Τελείωσε το Βενετόκλειο Λύκειο και σπούδασε στις σχολές ΔΕΛΤΑ στην ειδικότητα Μηχανικός Αεροσκαφών. Το 1983 ξεκίνησε να εργάζεται στην Πολεμική Αεροπορία, στα πυροσβεστικά αεροπλάνα και τα C130, όπου παρέμεινε μέχρι το 1987. Από το 1988 έως και σήμερα εργάζεται στη Hertz Rent a Car, ενώ από το 1993 είναι ιδιοκτήτης του ραδιοφωνικού σταθμού Best Fm 103.1 στη Ρόδο. Το 1999 ξεκίνησε την έκδοση της εφημερίδας «ΤΟ ΒΗΜΑ της Δωδεκανήσου», η οποία λειτουργεί μέχρι σήμερα, καθώς και το ειδησεογραφικό site 12vima.gr. Από το 2009 μέχρι σήμερα, διατελεί αντιπρόεδρος της Ένωσης Ιδιοκτητών Εβδομαδιαίων Εφημερίδων Ελλάδος (ΕΙΕΤ). Η πολυετής εμπειρία, η συνέπεια και το ήθος με το οποίο ασκεί το δημοσιογραφικό λειτούργημα τα 29 χρόνια λειτουργίας του ραδιοφωνικού σταθμού, την 23χρονη πορεία της εφημερίδας, αλλά και της ιστοσελίδας 12vima.gr που σήμερα μετράει 10 χρόνια λειτουργίας, σε μια εποχή που η ενημέρωση γενικώς διέρχεται κρίση, μας δίνουν την βεβαιότητα ότι θα πετύχει στο έργο του, τη διάδοση του οράματος της Olympico Vision.
The president of Olympico Vision welcomes Mr. Stavros Matsis as a Volunteer Ambassador of Olympico Vision in the Dodecanese Islands. Stavros Matsis was born in Rhodes in 1963 and is the father of 2 children. He graduated from the Venetoklio High School and studied at the DELTA schools, majoring in Aircraft Engineering. In 1983 he started working in the Air Force, in firefighting planes and C130s, where he remained until 1987. In 1999, he started publishing the newspaper “TO VIMA of Dodecanisos”, which continues to this day, as well as the news site 12vima.gr. From 2009 until today, he is the vice-president of the Association of Weekly Newspaper Owners of Greece (EIET). The many years of experience, the consistency and the ethics with which he carries out its journalistic function during the 29 years of operation of the radio station, the 23-year course of the newspaper, but also of the website 12vima.gr which today counts 10 years of operation, at a time when information is generally going through a crisis, they give us the certainty that he will succeed in his work, spreading the vision of Olympico Vision.
